Bank of America won first round in a fight for a domains bofaml.com and mlboa.com against a so called cybersquatter.
Webadvisio company registered this two domains in September 2008 and wanted to sell it later for 7 figures number. But US District Judge has ruled out that domains are registered in bad faith.
Webadvisio say they will fail appeal. This is one of most interesting banking domain fight since Goldmans in 2006. Goldmans fight was against goldmansex.com, a porn website made by dutch entrepreneur. Goldman was not happy that hes name is used in porn portal. Goldman won this case, as well late case against goldmensex.com.

Its common sense that big companies always win in this domain name fights, unless there is clear that they have no chance to get domain. Like Google against Groovle.
