The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) had published a detailed report for the shady domain registrars. Those companies that work against the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), the contract signed between registrars and ICANN are listed including some big names such as AOL, Enom, Joker, France Telecom, Tucows and UK2.
Most of these companies having the problem that allow hackers to siphon information from domains’ whois records. This report is very helpful for the user to choose the correct domain company and not get scammed.
