Michael Mann, a visionary Internet entrepreneur, domain name industry pioneer and philanthropist has publicly announced his ownership of 120 premium domain names in the .CO extension, which included generic terms that were previously registered in the third-level, that is xyz.com.co and new liberalized registration rules into second level domains, that is xyz.co. Mr Mann’s domain names were registered in the third-level “.COM.CO” including some premium keywords such as Business, Auctions, Health, and Gold etc.

He believes that .CO will be the next big opportunity just after .COM in the future. Mr Mann also mentioned about o.CO that sold at $350,000 recently, sooner or later the two-letter .CO domain name will be the most demanded domain in the world. In future, Mr Mann will use his extensive development resources to build out some of these domain properties into viable businesses.
