CourtFailbooking.com is Facebook humor site in ownership of Pet Holdins, Inc. they as well own popular humor sites as: icanhascheezburger.com and failblog.org. They sued failbook.com because owner of failbook.com framed failbooking.com and put the banner that hes site is for sale, for 50.000$.

Now instead of contacting owner and asking him to pull this frame off or to stop doing this, they flift a charge and sue Cristian Castillo. Castillo defense is that he made a mistake, by framing failbooking.com website he wanted to show what for website could be used.

Castillo is offering negotiation to pay 8 000$ and everything will be forgotten, but he will not take that as it looks.

And I agree with him, he just framed they website and send traffic to them without getting anything back. He didnt do anything illegal, hes actions was to show what for is this domain. I’m backing this guy. Whats your opinion, would you be piss if someone frames your blog and send you a good traffic. Actually I think Digg is framing websites, so will they sue Digg too?
