Google and Yahoo make a deal

Yahoo and google

Google ads will now be visible on Yahoo pages, on Yahoos search engine, Yahoo will have control over where and how will ads appear. This makes Yahoo one of biggest adsense user. Yahoo also predicts this will bring them 250 to 450 millions in extra revenue. Biggest question is what will this mean for Yahoo and Adsense publishers and what for Yahoo and Adsense advertisers.
Here are some comments from people all over the forums:
1.dmglakewood from IQ69 says that many advertisers will now use both companies and that means cpc will rise in both programs, adsense and YPN.

2.wisdomtool from Digitalpoint says that in long run it wont be good, since now Google will have even more monopoly on market and small publishers will be hit by this merge.
Adds: Microsoft have problems to fight Google 1on1 and now Google have alliance with Yahoo, so Microsoft have no chances to fight big Google. Adsense will now have more choice to pick and choose publishers.

3.will.spencer from Digitalpoint says, that Yahoo is now another Adsense publisher, biggest publisher and when supply of Adsense publishers go up , price goes down and I agree with him, its simple market movement.

4.trichnosis from Digitalpoint says what will Microsoft do with this? Yahoo turned Microsoft down and now Microsoft is left alone.

5.Rogue123 from Digitalpoint says this might be better for adwords Marketers and I agree with him.

6.D-Block from Digitalpoint says No competition = No fair play. I totally agree with him, this is one of hugest monopoly in world.

7.sunil_gupta20801 from Digitalpoint says It will sure bring more money to Yahoo. Meaning buy Yahoo stocks now when they are low.

8.bubaipal from Digitalpoint says Come on Microsoft, calling them to do something about this trust. And Microsoft could go see this agreement and maybe disrupt it if some errors are in agreement. Monopoly is what should be avoided and making huge trust could be illegal.

9.ShaneC from Digitalpoint says that huge companies will pay more and that it will not be big impact on Adsense publishers because then Google will not make this deal.

10.lithman from Digitalpoint says This is terrible news for Adsense publishers, we are making 0.02-0.03$ per click. Now this could drop to something like 0.002$ per click.

We will see what will happen in next couple of days and see how will this help to all of this companies mentioned in this article.
