Google domain namesGoogle wins domain case name against Indian cyber squatter. Google won a case against googlenetbiz.com and domain is transferred to search company.

Google had stated that domain was used in bad faith and adding that is confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark.
Owner of the website wanted to sell it to Google for 50 000$. We remember that Google lost domain name case against Groovle in December 2009, but this time Google won.
