Google wins domain case name against Indian cyber squatter. Google won a case against googlenetbiz.com and domain is transferred to search company.
Google had stated that domain was used in bad faith and adding that is confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark.
Owner of the website wanted to sell it to Google for 50 000$. We remember that Google lost domain name case against Groovle in December 2009, but this time Google won.
Do you have Google trademark domain name? Will you give them domain without fight?
