Uniforum south africaDo you own a CO.SA domain? Did you register domain name of organization as instructed? “There are many examples of commercial organizations whose Internet Service Provider (ISP), webmaster or employee has failed to do s,” said Neil Dundas, policy and legal advisor of UniForum South Africa, the organization responsible for the CO.ZA South African domain name registry.

In this case, the organization might face problem in their financial and business consequences. One of the purposes of this policy is to improve the relationship between registry, registrar and registrant. However, there are some ISPs or webmasters refuse to follow the policy and want to switch to new service provider. This behavior already caused increase of number of conflict between ISPs and clients. Users can always check their domain’s registrant from www.coza.net.za, where only relevant domain names needed to search the related information. Users are reminded that Section 2(a) is the most important information where the detail listed must be same with what was provided.

Did you have any CO.SA domains trouble? Did you register them correctly?
