This week we are talking about Disney win of disneycondo.com. Disney file a complaint because they own many trademarks and patents, and one of those is on word Disney. So this case was easy forward of domain to Disney Enterprise company.

Owner of domain didn’t respond to complain and domain was transferred. He was using this domain to get visitors and then redirect them to vacation home rental business.

If you own any Disney domain, try to sale it mega cheap and don’t re buy it, its obvious they will hunt all domains.
