Some templates are not made good and are hard to read, visitors will not stay long on that websites. Use search engine to find free templates.

Try to add simple menu to the CMS, so people see and know whats important and whats not. Stats about website, about website and such stuff are not very important to readers, readers want to read main content on your website, they have come trough search engine trough some keyword and they want that they find info about that keyword, so keep your main content easy to find.
