What you need to build news website, step by step:

1.you need to buy domain name:
How to buy domain name is our first question:
its easy, you go to domain seller and you buy one,I personally use Gold Domain and im very satisfy with them. I have bought many domains from them and process is instant. Choose your domain and buy it.

Building websites

How to choose domain name is our second question: this part is little bit harder since there is many already taken domain names. Here is my step by step how to choose domain name:
a) Go to godaddy and check if your desire domain name is free, which will probably containing news word, you will see news.com is already taken, but you will see godaddy tool offers you some alternatives which are normally not good.
b) next step is to add word to our main word, news, so if our news website will have specific news let say car news, then we add word car. We will see carnews.com is already taken so we will choose what godaddy offers us and best deal is carsitenews.com
c) if you have extra cash you can buy better domains that are for sell like car-car.com you can buy for 700$

2.Choose your CMS or build it on your own:
Harder part is building on your own, you need to be programmer to build good websites from scratch so in this step I will provide you best CMS you can use for your news website:
a) DRUPAL:
is a free and open source modular framework and content management system (CMS) written in the programming language PHP. Drupal, like many modern CMSs, allows the system administrator to create and organize content, customize the presentation, automate administrative tasks, and manage site visitors and contributors. Although there is a sophisticated programming interface, most tasks can be accomplished with little or no programming. Drupal is sometimes described as a “web application framework,” as its capabilities extend from content management to enabling a wide range of services and transactions.
b) JOOMLA!:
is a free, open source content management system for publishing content on the world wide web and internet’s. The system includes features such as page caching to improve performance, RSS feeds, printable versions of pages, news flashes, blogs, polls, website searching, and language internationalization. Joomla is licensed under the GPL, and is the result of a fork of Mambo.
c) NUCLEUS CMS:
is an open-source blog management software package written in PHP, with a MySQL backed, primarily written and maintained by Wouter Demuynck. It is used to manage frequently-updated Web content. With a little tweaking (mainly to skins) it might be considered a lightweight content management system, although there is no facility to upload file types other than graphic files to be displayed within the blog pages.
d) TYPO3:
is a free and open source enterprise level content management system. It is written in PHP. It has become a wide spread content management systems (CMS) on the web and in internet’s.
e) WORDPRESS:
is a blog publishing system written in PHP and backed by a MySQL database. WordPress is the official successor of b2cafelog, developed by Michel Valdrighi. The name WordPress was suggested by Christine Selleck, a friend of lead developer Matt Mullenweg.

I personally use Wordpress on many sites and I suggest you sue it too, its good and easy if your new to this, if you know what your doing then I suggest TYPO3 which have many options and is very powerful.

And that is, this is all you need to make a website, in next article we will talk about new steps how to make website.
